The Company’s base learning and training centre makes the ethos of knowledge sharing a reality.

The Owner-Driver concept implemented by KGB has equipped people with financial and entrepreneurial skills. It has contributed to greater productivity and profitability as well as a more diverse allocation of income. With 82% of the total fleet made up of Owner-Driver vehicles, greater protection and care of the fleet has been another positive off-spin.
